President & CEO

Our CEO, Jake is from the greater Atlanta area, and wouldn’t have it any other way! Growing up, he was a competitor from a very young age, whether it was sports, academics, or video games, he wanted to always rank first among his friends and peers. He fell in love with baseball and played throughout high school and college at Kennesaw State University, and that was his first love. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his partner, Ky, daughter Aspyn, and dog Scout. Prior to founding Invictus Sales Group, Jake was leading in the hospitality industry and enjoyed being a host for anyone who found themselves in his company. Transferring his knowledge into the sales industry, his love for people and drive for growth led him to his career with Invictus Sales Group.

Now, he pours his energy into developing leaders and empowering people to tap into their potential. For Jake, Invictus isn’t just a company—it’s a vehicle for legacy, opportunity, and proving that with discipline and heart, anyone can win.

Caroline Berry

Human Resources Manager

Caroline serves as our HR and Talent Acquisitions Manager, bringing energy, empathy, and a genuine passion for people to every interaction. She holds a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Digital Marketing from the University of North Georgia.

Caroline began her journey with the company as a Sales Representative, where she developed a deep understanding of our culture and operations. Her dedication to building relationships guided her transition to the operational side of the company, where she now helps connect exceptional talent with meaningful career opportunities within our organization.

Outside of work, Caroline enjoys building Legos, crafting, reading, and nurturing her growing collection of plants. She is also the proud caretaker of two hermit crabs—Aquaman and Posie.
